Biography
Prof. Lixia ZHANG(doctoral supervisor), is the assistant director of the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding and Joining in Harbin Institute of Technology. Prof. Lixia ZHANG has been honored with Youth Cheung Kong Scholar of the Ministry of Education. She has been rewarded with the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation and was also selected to the National Program for Special Support of Eminent Professionals and the New Century Excellent Researcher Award Program.
Prof. Lixia ZHANG acts as a committee member of materials science academy in the Chinese Society for Metals and the Japan Welding Engineering Society (JWES). She is also the reviewer of Scripta Materialia and other more than 10 kinds of scientific magazines in her research field.
