Prof. Xiudong PENG

Biography

    Prof. Xiudong PENG studied in automatic control for a B.S degree at Sichuan University and an M.S degree at Harbin Institute of Technology. He received two doctoral degrees from Beijing Institute of Technology, China and Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands in the fields of fluid transmission and control and indoor thermal environment control respectively. Starting from 1997, he worked with several network and telecommunications companies in the Netherlands, the USA and Canada as senior engineers or department directors. He co-founded several high-tech start-up companies in the USA and China. He also serves as an associate editor in the Editorial Board of The Springer Transactions on Intelligent Welding Manufacturing (TIWM).
