Progress and trend of intelligent sensing and control of weld pool in arc welding processAbstract
Intelligent robot welding is a trend of developing the green intelligent welding manufacturing and has a huge potential application value. Weld pool dynamics as the intermediate product in arc welding process plays a vital role in keeping high-quality weld, and the precise sensing of the complex characteristics is a long bottleneck problem for accurately control of weld pool as well as developing the next intelligent welding. To this end, the current progress of sensing of arc welding pool is detailed and the existed problems of measuring weld pool is analyzed and indicated in this paper. The key factor of hindering the intelligent robot welding is proposed and the intelligentized actions are also discussed. The outlook of development of intelligent robot welding is expressed lastly.Who will attend
