Online registration is scheduled to open on November 15, 2026. Conference check-in is on December 11, 08:00–20:00. Contact the secretariat for registration channels and accommodation arrangements.

English-language papers must pass peer review to enter the TIWM publication plan. Publication is planned in 2027; acceptance and volume allocation are editorial decisions. Registration payment does not guarantee acceptance.
Arranging your participation
- Read the official invitation and confirm your registration category and fee.
- Confirm the registration channel, invoice and accommodation arrangements with the secretariat.
- Payment instructions are in the official invitation. Verify the details with the secretariat before making payment.
Invited committee members and speakers
Invited Academic Steering Committee members and invited speakers may download the reply form to provide participation details, presentation title and biography to the secretariat. This form does not replace general delegate registration.
