Biography
• The former welding engineer, chief engineer, director of Dean of Harbin Research Institute; President of Mechanical Engineering Research Institute. The director of technology and quality department of the Chinese Machinery Industry Ministry; Vice chairman and Secretary General of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES); Supervisor of the CMES; And the Chief in editor of Chinese Journal of Mechanical.• He was awarded first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of machinery, two national science and technology progress award, and won the Chinese welding Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007, 2011 by the Chinese Institute of Mechanical Engineering Science and technology achievement award. Enjoy special government allowances, and was named the national young experts with outstanding contributions.
