Progress and trend of intelligent sensing and control of weld pool in arc welding process
摘要
Intelligent robot welding is a trend of developing the green intelligent welding manufacturing and has a huge potential application value. Weld pool dynamics as the intermediate product in arc welding process plays a vital role in keeping high-quality weld, and the precise sensing of the complex characteristics is a long bottleneck problem for accurately control of weld pool as well as developing the next intelligent welding. To this end, the current progress of sensing of arc welding pool is detailed and the existed problems of measuring weld pool is analyzed and indicated in this paper. The key factor of hindering the intelligent robot welding is proposed and the intelligentized actions are also discussed. The outlook of development of intelligent robot welding is expressed lastly.
简介
兰州理工大学教授、博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家。任国际焊接学会IIW-IX-H委员会委员和IIW-SG212 焊接物理研究组成员,中国焊接学会常务理事、焊接机器人与自动化专业委员会副主任,甘肃省焊接专业委员会理事长。主要从事焊接方法与焊接物理、智能控制与机器人焊接自动化、材料激光加工等方面的教学、科研工作。8项成果获奖,获发明专利授权8件,发表论文300余篇,其中SCI和EI索引150余篇。
