Project involved:
2008/10- present a new space robot welding technology to aluminum alloy structure
●Contrived signal conditioning circuit and sensor mechanism, programmed to acquire and process data via VC.
●Modeled between arc voltage and arc length, designed the controller, based on the characteristics of the robot.
●Adjusted welding height by arc voltage real-time, after communicating between PC and the robot.
●Optimized the controlling time sequence, assisted Dr. to integrate horizontal tracking, established the 3D tracking system.
Award: 2008 second-class scholarship
