Hui HUANG
Mr. Hui Huang
a master candidate, having entered the lab since Sep.2008, studied with Professor Chen Shanben.
Major: Intelligent Control and Automation Welding
Project involved:
2008/10- present a new space robot welding technology to aluminum alloy structure
● Contrived signal conditioning circuit and sensor mechanism, programmed to acquire and process data via VC.
● Modeled between arc voltage and arc length, designed the controller, based on the characteristics of the robot.
● Adjusted welding height by arc voltage real-time, after communicating between PC and the robot.
● Optimized the controlling time sequence, assisted Dr. to integrate horizontal tracking, established the 3D tracking system.
Award: 2008 second-class scholarship
Hobby: badminton, swimming, traveling, bastketball
