个人简介

陈华斌，上海交通大学教授、博士生导师。面向复杂场景下的智能焊接与热制造，融合过程机理、数据建模和机器人系统集成，开展焊接感知、轨迹规划、质量监测及增材制造研究。

研究方向与成果

  • 三维感知与焊接路径规划：研究点云多视角重建、复杂相贯接头路径生成及多层多道焊接规划，探索大语言模型辅助的焊前感知与TCP位姿生成。
  • 多模态质量监测与过程建模：融合视觉、声学和过程信号，开展缺陷识别、熔透预测与工艺参数建模，研究物理约束和数据驱动相结合的方法。
  • 智能热制造与增材制造：开展激光定向能量沉积、多源传感监测及超声辅助制造研究，关注成形稳定性、组织调控和力学性能。
